I am the Leadership Training Manager for a call center outsourcer whose clients include T-Mobile, Qwest, Sony Playstation, Tivo, Capital One and Bare Escentuals. I have a BA in General Management and an MBA. I write on various topics for Suite 101 and have blogs focusing on Leadership and Organizational Development, Classic Rock and Homesteading.
